Its official, a Dollar Tree is moving into a portion of the old Sappington Farmer's Market space in General Grant Center on Watson Road. The sign from Sachs Liermann Realty Group confirmed that Dollar Tree was moving in and stated that 11,690 square feet of "mini-anchor" space was still available.
That strip center has gone down hill fast and I don't see a Dollar Tree (which was formerly located down the street at the intersection in the Yorkshire Center) rallying the troops. What type of retail space do you see lacking in that area? Would like your thoughts on what you think is needed to rejuvenate the center.
